Here are the pics from our recent trip to Baltimore Inner Harbour. They uploaded in a weird order sorry...

There was a life-sized model of a boat in the science area, complete with magnetic fishing poles for catching fish. Here's the bait shop (mostly magnets, I think) There's even a scale for weighing the fish and a chalkboard for recording the biggest catches...

Drew "caught" a fish:

We got to "dig" for dino bones... actually we just brushed aside the sand to reveal dinosaur bones. But the kids loved it.

These crabs are all over the inner harbour and they all have different "themes" which makes them fun to spot and identify. I think this one is a sunset...

In the kids' area there was a water works playstation-- Sophia loved it.

This crab is right outside the science center... it's got the periodic table of elements on it... very clever!
We also went to the aquarium, but it is so dark and so crowded we didn't get any good pictures. The kids liked it a lot and Mommy really liked the little blue frogs. The kids liked the sharks and dolphins and the giant sea turtle.

Lauren left her barbie in the playroom. I thought it was funny she left barbie on the little tykes piano, singing the blues (I think because her shoes don't match)... anyway I'm sure Pixar could take toy story in a funny direction with this one...

Sophia had her first encounter with corn on the cob... Lauren and Drew are old hands with corn on the cob...

I cut all my hair off today and donated it to "locks of love"-- which makes wigs for kids with cancer.

I just finished the sixth HarryPotter book, to the relief of my family; they haven't heard from me since yesterday's mail. Today's pics are old, from my birthday a couple of weekends ago...

It's my party!... 18 again, Mommy?

Good morning. Happy birthday to Stephen!! By the way, it also the birthday of the kids' favorite babysitter, Miss Jessica (Drew has a crush on her-- she's a cute red-headed cheerleader from our local highschool).

Here's the pic for the day:
When I asked Drew what this was a picture of, he said "Me!" He made sure to point out the ears on the side of his head, as well as his two cheeks-- one on each side. He told me he had three hairs because it was a picture of himself right after I'd cut his hair. Probably why that smile is more of a grimace. Nice, huh?

The pic for today-- actually taken a couple of weeks ago at my sister-in-laws birthday party in Pennsylvania... The squirt guns did not come home with us. Three against one just isn't fair odds for me...

OK. I'm going to join the blog craze. No promises though! Today they delivered our new couch... I figured out how to post a pic, so here's a pic of the kids on the new couch. Logan came over and visited with the kids. We all went out to lunch at San Vito's. That's all the snews for today (aren't you sleepy already?)...
