The kids are in swim lessons all summer long this year... we ride our bikes to the swimming pool in the morning... (Sophia and I walk with Alex... Sophia pushes the kids when they get stuck on a hill)


The happy bunch... Drew and Lauren are in "Level 3" with Mr. Kevin and Sophia is (still) in Level 1 with Ms. Natalie who loves playing with Sophia.

After lessons in the "big pool" (see the pool in the background?) I let them practice/play in the baby pool where I can keep a better eye on everyone. After lessons and swimming, we ride our bikes home. If I could get them to do some running somewhere in there they'd be definite candidates at the next triathalon... IronMan watch out!

Lauren helped me give Alex a bath tonight and she was so proud of him. She loved brushing his hair...

The kids were all looking at Alex while he was on his playmat, so I took this picture... it looks like they're playing a baby version of twister!

This pic was taken on the first day Alex started smiling; however, I couldn't seem to make him smile and take the picture at the same time. So here he is right _after_ he smiled for the first time!

Father's day: For Father's Day, Alex took a nap so we opened presents and had ice cream cake.
