It was a great Mother's Day!! I had pancakes for breakfast, pizza for lunch, and chicken bruchetta for dinner... and NO DISHES... mmmmm mmmmm!
The kids gave me the new Harry Potter movie, the Narnia movie, a box of Godiva chocolate, a croquet set (we can all play!)...
and Alex got mommy... a David Yurman watch (to remind mommy to feed him often!):

Lauren had her ballet recital on Saturday. Here she is with her friend Illyanna before the recital. Lauren was ecstatic with her new "costume" and she even got to wear lipstick and a little blush since she was on a big stage with lights. The best part of the performance was the enormous yawn Lauren let out at the end of her dance. Everyone laughed. Lauren didn't even notice. She told me afterwards that she thought she was going to be embarrassed (nervous?) but she said "It was a lot of fun!"


At the end of the recital each dancer received a rose from the dance instructor.

Drew got a ball and bat at the Easter Egg hunt at Grandma's and we got him a T-- he loves hitting whiffle balls off the T and then Sophia "fields" the ball and throws it back to him (ok, at least near him in our yard... mostly.)

May 03, 2006: Newest Puglise Arrives!!

Mommy on her way to the hospital-- the kids were headed to school and friends' homes for the day...


In the afternoon, Daddy collected the siblings to come see the newest member of the family-- who was warmly welcomed!

Alexander John Puglise, born 10:52 am May 3, 2006, weighing 7lb 4oz, 19.75 inches long... And with BEAUTIFUL hair with to-die-for highlights (even the nurses were jealous!):
