Ok, I know I haven't posted in a while. Here are some pictures from Christmas (2005). Here are the kids on Christmas morning, before Mass (and presents!).

We went into Arlington to have Christmas brunch with Grandma McCaw. It was lovely and the kids had a great time opening presents with "Granny" after eating.

The big present to the kids this year was bikes. Daddy is trying to adjust Sophia's bike for her while she attempts to take it away from him.

Although Drew was also excited about his bike, we couldn't get him away from his new Leapster practically all day. A Leapster is an educational "Game Boy" made by Leap Frog. I highly recommend it, but Drew does seem to be more addicted to it than Lauren. Sophia loves it when one of the kids is away because she gets to play with the absent child's leapster.

Lauren was happy to get a Barbie-themed bike and matching helmet.

Our next door neighbors gave us a gingerbread house kit that the kids made on Christmas Eve day. I told them they couldn't eat it until Christmas. That's why Drew's hands are folded -- not in prayer... he's pleading with his mother to please eat the candy on the gingerbread house.
